Transaction & Coordination

Clear Roles Before Equipment Moves.

United Equipment Partners is primarily a sourcing and brokerage partner. In many transactions, the contractor rents or purchases directly from the selected equipment supplier under that supplier’s agreement, while we coordinate sourcing, quote comparison, communication, delivery details, and the commercial process.

Our compensation is established through the applicable supplier or transaction arrangement. Certain projects may use a different structure when agreed by the parties. Equipment ownership, rental obligations, insurance requirements, damage responsibility, payment terms, and other contractual obligations are governed by the applicable agreements for that transaction.
