United Equipment Partners primarily operates as a sourcing and brokerage partner. In many transactions, the contractor rents or purchases directly from the selected supplier under the supplier’s agreement. We stay involved to coordinate sourcing, commercial communication, delivery details, and the handoff between contractor and supplier.
The exact payment, insurance, damage, rental, purchase, delivery, and cancellation obligations are established in the applicable agreements for each transaction. Some projects may use a different commercial structure when agreed by the parties.
