We source, negotiate, and coordinate the heavy equipment your project needs, so you don’t have to chase down multiple rental yards.
Share your equipment requirements and our team will begin sourcing options from rental yards, dealers, and equipment suppliers.
Submit Your Equipment RequirementsWe act as your outsourced equipment procurement partner and handle the sourcing work between your project team and equipment suppliers.
Project location, start date, duration, equipment, specifications, and quantity.
We contact rental yards, dealers, and equipment suppliers to identify options that match the project requirements.
We compare options and negotiate pricing, availability, delivery, and terms where possible.
You receive a consolidated equipment proposal instead of managing multiple suppliers yourself.
From earthmoving to lifting, we source the equipment you need from rental yards, dealers, and suppliers.
Equipment sourcing changes with availability, location, machine type, project duration, delivery requirements, supplier pricing, and fleet utilization. Our job is to simplify that process.
Call supplier → Check availability → Request quote → Compare → Call another supplier → Negotiate → Coordinate delivery → Manage multiple vendors
Tell us the project requirements → We source → We compare → We negotiate → You receive one coordinated proposal
Planning a six-month earthwork project? A highway expansion? Commercial site development? Utility installation? Large-scale grading operation? Give us the equipment schedule. We’ll work on sourcing it.

United Equipment Partners is primarily a sourcing and brokerage partner. In many transactions, the contractor rents or purchases directly from the selected equipment supplier under that supplier’s agreement, while we coordinate sourcing, quote comparison, communication, delivery details, and the commercial process.
Our compensation is established through the applicable supplier or transaction arrangement. Certain projects may use a different structure when agreed by the parties. Equipment ownership, rental obligations, insurance requirements, damage responsibility, payment terms, and other contractual obligations are governed by the applicable agreements for that transaction.
Your project already has enough moving parts. Tell us what it requires and we’ll handle the sourcing process.
Submit Equipment RequirementsWe bring qualified contractor demand directly to rental yards, dealers, and equipment suppliers.
